The space This unique apartment is a corner unit of this quintessential Florida building. As you walk in through the private entrance you'll see everything you need to have a great stay. The unit is on the ground floor, no waiting for elevators, no stairs to climb. Guest access The guest has 100% private access to this unit. Unit is part of a small building 1.5 blocks from the beach. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Please park within the lines of parking spot H. Condo board is strict about this. Some pets allowed - There is a $150 pet fee if you travel with one pet, and $250 for two or more pets. Coin Operated Washer/Dryer available in the building Pack n'Play and high chair available upon request TVs in this property are smart so you'll be able to log into your favorite streaming apps including those for broadcast TV. There is no cable TV. If you want to watch a game or any live channel you?ll need to watch it on your own device. If you have an Apple device (iPhone iPad) you?ll be able to stream to the TV. You?ll be able to log into any streaming app for which you have an account. We don't provide streaming app accounts. DO NOT THROW WIPES DOWN THE TOILET. IF YOU DO, YOU'LL BE FINED $1500 FOR ANY PLUMBING ISSUES. No parties or gatherings. Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the property, including vaping or medicinal marihuana. If we smell smoke you will be fined $500. You're welcome to smoke outside. No loud music after 9PM.
