If you want pool heated you must pay the fee for the entire stay. +TVs in this property are smart so you'll be able to log into your favorite streaming apps including those for broadcast TV. There is no cable TV. If you want to watch a game or any live channel you'll need to watch it on your own device. If you have an Apple device (iPhone iPad) you'll be able to stream to the TV. You'll be able to log into any streaming app for which you have an account. We don't provide streaming app accounts. +It's prohibited to flush wipes down the toilet. +No parties or gatherings. +Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the property, including vaping or medicinal marihuana. If we smell smoke you will be fined $500. You're welcome to smoke outside. +No loud noise/music after 9PM. +In South Florida it's typical for there to be rain and high winds, which may cause additional leaves from the surrounding trees to fall into the pool. There's also a pool net available. You're welcome to use this to clean the pool in between pool cleanings. The pool service comes every Tuesday and Friday +Some guests may find that the color of the water coming from the faucets may have a yellowish tint. The yellow coloration occurs naturally in regions across the nation where water flows through peat soil. The city's water comes from the Biscayne Aquifer. Fort Lauderdale's water is perfectly clean and potable.
